Karen sold our house in Titusville for us in 2023. She was patient and motivated to sell this house. When it came time to sell the house, I was already out of state. The purchaser informed me that the means of her loan required the house to have a new roof. Without Karen, I would never have been able to get that roof replaced before sale.
